Our team at heartbeat enjoyed working with Drop, a US-based NFT marketplace that connects collectors with their favorite artists. As soon as we heard about the project, we were excited to dive into the design process and create a visual identity system that would be dynamic, scalable, and reflect the essence of Drop.
Drop's name was our primary source of inspiration. It conjured up images of fluidity, movement, and quickness - all we wanted to capture in our design. We knew that the visual identity system needed to be adaptable, easy to use, and instantly recognizable to NFT collectors and web3 enthusiasts. We started by designing a logo that would embody the essence of Drop.
The logo had to be simple yet memorable and work well in both digital and offline environments. The result was a sleek, modern logo that incorporated the concept of fluidity and movement. Next, we worked on the color palette.
We design colors to create a sense of excitement and urgency, reflecting the fast-paced world of NFTs and web3. We chose a range of bold, vibrant, and energetic colors. Finally, we made a set of design elements to cover all of Drop's marketing materials.
These elements included patterns, shapes, and typography consistent with the visual identity system. The result was a dynamic and scalable visual identity system that perfectly captured the essence of Drop.
Our design helped NFT collectors and web3 enthusiasts discover new artists or follow their favorite ones. We were thrilled to work on this project and are proud of our work for Drop.
